“Happy Valentine’s Day!” She hands him a gift box decorated with a crimson ribbon.
“What is it?” he raises his eyebrows as he opens the red lid of a small yellow play doh container he’s found in that box.
“It’s my heart,” she replies, “it’s red, it’s pliable and playable, you can shape it any way you want.” She looks at him playfully, “but you must never leave it out, unattended, for it will harden and crack!”
“I will always carry it in my hands, I will knead it, and keep it warm!” he says as he leans to kiss her ruby blushing cheeks.
